From Marvel Digital Comics (couldn't get the whole scene because you need a subscription.) Spider-girl is in chains on the cover. Apparantly she was defeated in a fight in the previous issue. Contributed by Western Civilization. Update: Found a better scan in Web of Spider-man #1 (2009).

Just like in the movie, Ana/The Baronness is trying to free Duke but she is knocked out trough some nano-mites which The Docter implanted into her a couple of years ago. The most dissapointing about this scene is that flashback, which shows The Doctor chloroforming Ana, is not included in the comic! Oh noes!

Personally, I think that this is a brilliant cover! Raz Al-Ghul is holding the limp body of Black Canary in his arms on the cover of Birds of Prey #34. A faceshot would have made this cover epic!
