From the "Girl Commandos" side story.
There are two head KO's. One of them leads to a scene where a woman is tied up and placed
under a flask containing acid (she is rescued).
The splash page has the Girl Commandos being gassed by Nazis, but this is unrelated to the story.
From Marvel Digital Comics (couldn't get the whole scene because you need a subscription.)
Spider-girl is in chains on the cover. Apparantly she was defeated in a fight in the previous issue.

Update: Found a better scan in Web of Spider-man #1 (2009).
Swampy (Her name now. Will later turn into Poison Ivy) is caught spying some bad guys who throw her into their boat which knocks her unconscious. Just like in the movie, Ana/The Baronness is trying to free Duke but she is knocked out trough some nano-mites which The Docter implanted into her a couple of years ago.
The most dissapointing about this scene is that flashback, which shows The Doctor chloroforming Ana, is not included in the comic! Oh noes!
On the cover, Wonder Woman is constricted by some giant Squid. However, she is not KO'd by it in the issue. She does however, faint after she touched some holy fleece which cures everything. She wakes up in hospital bed.
Artemis is fighting some villain named Kanto. He gets the better of her and knocks her out by hitting her in the neck with the butt of his knife. A wakeup or follow up scene is not shown in the comic.
Barbara Gordon as Batgirl teams up with Black Canary to stop some guy from releasing all the villains in Arkham Asylum. Because they're too late she tells Canary too run to get help and will face the villains alone. She is defeated and wakes up, tied to a chair.
All of this however is a mind trap from Spellbinder w...
Personally, I think that this is a brilliant cover! Raz Al-Ghul is holding the limp body of Black Canary in his arms on the cover of Birds of Prey #34. A faceshot would have made this cover epic!
And she doesn't get knocked out in this issue. She does get KO'd in the next issue (35) which you can also find on this w...
