In order of favorite/hottest...here goes: Wondergirl, The Huntress, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, Black Scorpion, after all these luscious babes the rest are just wanna be's.

My favourites are Bulletgirl, Nyoka,and WonderWoman. These three have the best (and maybe most?) knock out scenes i have ever seen. Its quite funny with Bulletgirl because she isn't the best looking superheroine, but she has fantastic head ko's.

Rogue from the X-men is my absolute favorite. Her teammate Storm is a close second.

I also like Vixen from the Justice League, unfortunately she doesn't have many good ko scenes.

@Cuon: Yeah Rogue is great too! That arm carry in your avatar is the best I've ever seen of her in the animated series.

For me on a tied first place: Sue Storm and Storm, then probably Wonder Woman, Rogue, Jean grey and Firestar

Wondergirl! I dress her differently in my role playing. She wears a red, white and blue v-sling swim suit. She doesn't have a power belt. She has a 'power strip' nestled underneath her outfit ...just under the pelvic region.

For me it's Kinetics from Femforce, I like the design a lot, modern but with a touch of silver-age stuff, she has few comic book appearance on Femforce but nice one in action and peril. I also gotten some requests of her done by good people on deviantArt:

Since I prefer the 'swimsuit' look on the costumes and she looks looks cute.
